Basic Details

Device Permissions

Select only the permissions or data access actually used by your account’s apps. These options add disclosures to the policy; they do not grant Android permissions. Keep each app’s Data safety answers and in-app disclosures consistent with its actual behavior.

Background location, SMS/call logs, all-files access, Accessibility, and Health Connect need specific disclosures and may require additional Play review. A generic policy does not cover these automatically. Describe the actual feature, data use, sharing, and retention before publishing. Google Play permission requirements

Select the services used across your account’s apps. Only include services actually used; each app’s disclosures must match its own data practices.

Review & Date

Use the same generated URL in every app covered by this account policy. Review the text against each app’s actual data practices before publishing. Server policy URLs stay the same after edits. Previously copied links containing #d= keep their original content. Editing a legacy app policy converts the saved entry to an account policy; previously copied links keep their original content.

Merge policies from a JSON backup. Policies with IDs already on the server are kept unchanged.

Move Old Browser Policies

Open this page in the browser and website address where you created your old policies, then copy them to the server. If they were saved on another address, export a backup there and import it above. Existing server policies are preserved.
